Our bath and body products are for external use only.

• Do not ingest.

• Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

• Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or nursing.

Hydrogen Bath Bomb Safety:
Certain Uplift Genetics bath bombs contain elemental magnesium that reacts with water to generate molecular hydrogen gas. Use only in a well-ventilated area. Keep away from open flames, candles, smoking materials, or other ignition sources during use and for at least 10 minutes after. By purchasing, you acknowledge understanding and acceptance of these instructions and assume all responsibility for safe use.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Our products and statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any benefits described are based on customer experiences, publicly available research, and traditional use, and should not be taken as medical advice. 5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• An order is not binding until accepted and confirmed by us.

• Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

• We may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Uplift Genetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use the product.

• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our products is limited to replacement or refund as set forth in Section 7.

• You assume all risks when using products not in accordance with provided instructions.

All website content, product names, packaging designs, and branding are the intellectual property of Uplift Genetics, LLC and may not be used without our express written permission.
